The Sprizer is a product developed together with home care institutes and ActiZ. The initiative was taken from the need to be pro-active on prevention to low back injuries with home care workers. In the ‘care’-sector intensive care is given to clients from home care, maternity care and in residential homes like dressing up and undressing, stoma care and wound care. This means a lot of bending down and bending over for the care worker. The bed has to be brought at care height to prevent from these unfavourable positions. A new method for this is the mattress lift , the Sprizer. The Sprizer is an inflatable mattress consisting out of 4 layers and a pomp unit with remote control. The patient can be brought at height quick, but comfortable and stabile. The carrier can choose out of 4 heights so that a pleasant working height can be established.
