NEDAP Agri
NEDAP Agri develops and sells monitoring and identification systems for cattle and pigs. NEDAP identification systems operate all over the world under the most extreme conditions, and form the basis for accurate process monitoring and control. The NEDAP Agri products cover cattle identification and the monitoring of health, fertility and the dairy process. In 2004, NEDAP Agri decided to develop a software/hardware platform for a new-generation product system.
NEDAP Agri asked Indes to design the complete range of product housings. Together with Agri management, Indes defined and visualised the desired product identity. Taking this identity as a starting point, Indes came up with design proposals for 10 product housings. Nedap engineers worked out the concepts in close co-operation with Indes. Where necessary, Indes made 3-D models to illustrate and improve the product details. Indes also made proposals for the product's graphics and even the names.
