The Innovation & Implementation knowledge group is responsible for:
•    process innovation
•    innovation at ’non-producing’ organisations
•    innovation strategies in (human care)chains
•    integration of technology into non-technical environments
•    scenario-based implementation of new technology
•    training for human care professionals

The Innovation & Implementation knowledge group focuses primarily on non-technical organisations, in human care for example. The knowledge group is concerned with the implementation of innovation in organisations and complex chains. Using this knowledge, Indes trains human care professionals in the implementation of technology and communication with (technical) suppliers.
